With Halloween out of the way, it seems the next big event is Christmas, but there’s a lot to look forward to here in Southeast Queensland this November 2016. These massive food and beverage events, powered by refrigerated trucks and mobile cold rooms, are definitely events you need to check out if you’re in the area. So without further ado, here are 5 awesome November events you might not know about (but should):
Bon Appetit! As the saying goes “In france, cooking is a serious art form & a national sport!” for all things French – dance, music, arts & crafts, community, and of course a taste of some of some delicious french culinary delights, this November you must head to the Gold Coast. This event is one of the the major events on the Gold Coast and prides itself to bring more diversity each year.

Formerly known as the Caboolture Multicultural Festival, the Fiesta is known as the largest multicultural event in Southeast Queensland. There will be a wide assortment of food trucks and stalls offering delicious foods that many don’t get to experience in their everyday lives.

Enjoy country markets where you can bring home some fresh local produce and homemade treats as well as browse art and crafts unique to Southeast Queensland.

The fabulous food trucks are on their way to Ipswich City Square. Join us on the last Saturday of every month from 4pm as we create a delicious street food experience. Free entry, live entertainment, food trucks offering cuisines from around the world. Free parking all weekend, every weekend at Ipswich City Square.

When? Saturday, 26 November from 4pm to 10pm
Visit Gatton this November to experience its first ever music and arts festival dedicated to backpackers, students and local residents at Gatton Showgrounds. There will also be over 15 food trucks offering a variety of options from Chinese to Mexican and even a couple of dessert combis. In the main area, expect to see live music from folk to pop and DJs performing EDMs, bass, house, techno, trap and dance.
